These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Meridia Jewelry, including the website, products, content, features, and related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
By using the Services or placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that takes place through your account.
You may not use another person’s information or account without permission.
2. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present our products, colors, finishes, dimensions, materials, and other details as accurately as possible.
However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to view the website.
Materials, finishes, dimensions, and other product-specific information may vary by design. Please review the individual product page carefully before placing your order.
We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information when necessary and may discontinue products at any time.
Nothing in this section limits any express warranty we provide, including our 2-Year Color Warranty.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment or verification issues
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled or delivered as submitted
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be returned according to the original payment method and circumstances of the order.
Please review your order details carefully before submitting your purchase. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared or shipped.
4. Prices, Payments & Promotions
All orders are processed in USD.
Prices shown on our website may change from time to time. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or listing errors.
Available payment methods currently include:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna, where available
The payment methods available to you will be shown at checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion, international transaction, or other fees depending on your payment method. These charges are determined by your payment provider.
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, complimentary gifts, or other offers. Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, exclusions, or promotional terms.
Where separate promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.
Orders are shipped from within the United States via USPS.
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery typically takes 5–15 days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Shipping costs, tracking information, address changes, and delayed or missing packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Our current standard shipping rate is $6.90, with free standard shipping available when the merchandise subtotal reaches $75 after discounts and promotions have been applied.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date your order is delivered, subject to the requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Items must generally be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with applicable packaging, tags, accessories, and complimentary gifts.
Personalized items, Final Sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligible items may be exchanged once for a different color or size of the same style, subject to availability. Exchanged items are not eligible for another exchange or a refund to the original payment method, but may be eligible for return as store credit within the original return window.
For standard returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order qualified for free shipping, the standard $6.90 shipping fee will be deducted from the eligible refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the applicable original payment method, gift card, or store credit balance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask you to provide your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
These situations are handled separately from standard returns.
8. 2-Year Color Warranty
Eligible pieces are covered by our 2-Year Color Warranty, which covers significant fading or discoloration of the plated finish under normal wear for two years from the date your order is delivered, subject to the terms and exclusions of the warranty.
The 2-Year Color Warranty applies to the original purchase and requires valid order information. It does not transfer through resale or secondhand purchases.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the affected item and cover the cost of replacement shipping. Return shipping, if required, will be confirmed based on the circumstances.
The 2-Year Color Warranty does not replace or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, product photography, logos, design elements, videos, and other materials—are owned by us, licensed to us, or used with permission.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected website content, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related technology that support our website, but purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Meridia Jewelry.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store.
Shopify may process information related to your use of the Services as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s own applicable privacy terms.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily submit a product review, feedback, suggestion, photo, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
By submitting content for publication on our website or Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content in connection with operating and promoting our Services, unless otherwise agreed.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under mandatory consumer protection laws.
